about 35 inch waist [navel round]
wear 30-32 inch trousers..

Do you think i am fat..chubby or normal..

be honest i don't mind!

you need to figure out what a normal range is. you are very tall too, so i don't think 178 is too heavy. how do your clothes fit? how do you feel? that's what matters.
