running really is the easiest form of toning up and losing weight!. It is not always the funnest, but it does work!. Things to help tone other places are pushups (arms), situps (stomach), squats (thighs and butt), and walking lunges (thighs and butt)!.

start by watching what you eat,then go for long walks which you then turn into brisk waks and then a jog,or buy a fitness instructors tape and play it at home and exercise along with it!.
