Question: I need get my body fat down to 10%!!! HELP PLEASE!!?

I weigh around 127-130 and 5'5 or 5'6!.
I'm 16yrs!. old i'm joining my swim & cheer team this up coming school yr!.
I have only a month and a week to lose this bulge of fat i have over my stomach!.
I run for 25mins each day!. I do at least 130 crunches and cardio for 40mins daily!.
I really want to get a six pack before my deadline!.
Is there any other ways I can speed up the process!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
