What can you do to help touch your toes?
I get about halfway down my lower leg, not bending my legs. Any tips, please?

everyday push yourself to go an inch closer to your toes and when you are trying to get farther dont just push your self once and keep it there for 1 second keep it there for at least 20 seconds that will give your legs a chance to strech and become more flexible if you do this everyday then you'll get down to your toes in no time. this is how i got myself to touch the floor while standing and doing the splits. good luck =]
