There are no quick and easy ways to lose weight and keep it off!. If you lose weight quickly, you are losing muscle mass!. Muscle mass is what you want, because it is what makes your metabolism faster!. If you build lean muscle tissue, your body has to burn more calories just to maintain the muscle, so you will have a faster metabolism!.

So, the bottom line is, eat healthy (and less)!.!.!.and move more!. Make sure you start a strength/weight training program to build that muscle, along with a cardio program!. Try to exercise every day, but don't over do it!. Eat lean protein, skim milk (nonfat dairy like plain nonfat yogurt!.!.!.add fruit!), fruits, lots of veggies, and whole grain carbs!. Limit your servings, and always measure!. Stick to the recommended serving sizes (for instance, when eating chicken, your serving should be about the size of a deck of cards!!.!.!.cereal is usually 3/4 or 1 c!.)!. Don't think of this as a temporary diet!. This is the way you have to eat if you want to be thin!. If you diet and then go back to what you think of as "normal" eating, you will gain back the weight, because"normal" eating is what made you overweight in the first place :)

Dont starve yourself, its stupid, eat healthily and exercise!. Assuming you live in a warm country, go runs, weathers been decent past few weeks, see some of countryside!. If you've access to a car, drive somewhere different, vary it and you'll enjoy it more, find a running mate aswell, always helps to drive you on!. Do it at least twice a week!. Theres no easy way, just pace yourself, dont eat rubbish, and you'll start to notice the pounds disappear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat foods low on the glycemic index!.!.!.you can check that on the internet!. Alternate your workout routines so you don't reach a plateau!.!.!.also building muscle mass helps burn more calories at rest so that should help too!. Any time you can increase you exercise, ie!. taking stairs instead of elevator that helps!. Eat small constant meals to increase your metabolism!. Green tea helps with weight loss and drinking lots of water!.!.!.KEEPING YOUR BODY COOL because it takes calories to provide energy for keeping it warm (called thermogenesis i believe) and stay low on calorie heaving food and highly process/fried!. BUT REMEMBER YOU NEED A BALANCE OF FAT TOO BUT IT SHOULD BE HEALTHY FAT LIKE LEAN MEATS AND FISH AND OLIVE OILS I think 30 grams a day!.!.!.!.!.GOOD LUCK

well it wont be easy to loose wiight but one of the best things to do it swim for about 20 minutes or more!.
if your really desprite to loose weight, go on a liquid diet!. i did it for my graduation banquet and it worked like crazy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

3-5 walks or excersise every week (1 hr atleast)
