Both done on roads over a distance of 2 miles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
NO! It is not!. The backpack full of weights puts UNnatural weight and stresses on your spine, hips and neck and cause lasting or permanent damage!.

Walking and running are two totally different exercises, using different groups of muscles in a natural way!. Packing weights whilst doing either exercise puts un natural strain not only on the muscle groups but also on skeletal system!. If running or straight power walking is not getting you what you want the go to your local gym and see a fitness instructor and tell him what you want to achieve, and ask him how you can achieve it!.

Be careful, doing what you do may just bring you onto my Orthopaedic Unit, depends where you live!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Might strain your back, especially if you've had problems before!. If you are determined to go ahead, make sure knees are supported!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

running will get you better at running!. fast walking with a weight will get you better at fast walking with a weight!.

what are your goals!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's actually better, as long as you aren't over training, the weight gives a new resistence and challenge!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Personally I would say running is way better for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
