Question: A good diet not just one of those stupid ones that says cut out fast food But a good one!?
Answers:
Basically what you don't want to hear is one thing most people that are into nutrition will tell you!. That being said you should look to a few other things!.

Stay away from transfats: use low fat products or those labeled low transfat!.

Stick to carbohydrates that are whole grain for instance use whole grain breads or pasta as opposed to white bread or normal white pastas!. Pasta is also available as spinach pasta or tomatoe pasta!.

For sweetening use raw sugar, date sugar, stevia, honey, etc!. as refined sugar substitutes!.

Soda is not good for dieters - drinking water is the best then fruit juices that are made from pure fruit concentrate!.

All this entails reading your labels: any time a label has lactose, sucrose, corn syrup, maltose, etc in the first 3 to 4 ingredients on the label they are sugar saturated, find something else; watch for the percent of fat on the label ingredients!.

Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, stick with mostly seafood, poultry, lamb with occassional red meats if you like red meat!. Drink plenty of water - eight to ten glasses a day - this will help keep fat from sticking and is healthy for your system!. Protein is good but can also be gotten from nuts, beans (pinto beans, black beans, kidney beans, garbanzo, etc!.)!.

These are a few suggestions for watching your diet and also seeing changes in your weight!. Along with these things be sure you exercise daily!. Core exercise (only every other day)combined with aerobic exercise (can do aerobics daily) are good forms of exercise!. Low-impact exercise such as water fitness is great if it is hard for you to do the normal impact exercise!. Make a plan for yourself - set up realistic goals and get help if you need it!. Athletic clubs usually have a trial program so you can see what a trainer would suggest for you!.

Good luck - to your good health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
