I go running every day, and play soccer all the time!. I love doing both so it's kindof a treat for me and I'm staying fit!. Foodwise I eat what I want!. Thanks to an active livestyle I'm awarded the luxery of getting to eat ice cream all the time without being unhealthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I use the pilates ball for a half hour everyday!. I also try to do different dancing to keep my body moving and to reward myself I allow myself that hour in front of the tv indulging in Law and Order SUV with a Turkey sandwich which I add italian dressing too!. Ooh so rotten lol hey I'm cutting back on junk food though big time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Basically all you have to do is do cardio everyday(running jumpinng jacks etc!.) and about every other day do strength moves to build muscle!. over all just eat healthy but treat yourself to your favorite foods every once in a while!. (=Www@Answer-Health@Com
30-40 minutes of cardio and weight lifting for another 20 minutes or so 5 days a week!. Sometimes on day 6 I will ride my bike 20-25 miles!. Day 7 rest!. I treat myself to manicures and pedicures every other week, a facial once a month and full body massage at least once a month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I swim for 2 hours per day at swim practice, do 10 Minute Trainer once per day (For the abs!.!.!.I saw results in like, 3 days), and I run in the mornings sometimes!.
