Ways to exercise indoors?!


Question: Ways to exercise indoors!?
I was planning on running every day this summer to get in shape for field hockey in the fall, but it has rained almost every day! I have just skipped my workouts, but what can i do inside my house for the same sort of workout!? I do not have a treadmill!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you run around in your house, picking everything up, and
putting everything away!. You will not only get everything
cleaned up!. You will not only have the exercise you need!.
You will also score a goal!. Because, in hockey, You have
"teamwork!." which is better than "homework!."
A jump rope will does good as a treadmill inside!.
You can do sit up's, push-ups, and chin-ups, if you install
a bar in your garage!.

Buy some free weights and look into some weight training routines!. Also, I bought some tapes called "The Firm"!. If you are really physically fit these are great workout tapes!. They don't take much space to to the routines!.

Also, Leslie Sansone has some great l, 2, 3 mile workout tapes that take a minimum of space!. However, these are a little easier and you might like the ones listed above better!. Her newer tapes are better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

gilad's total body workout dvds or any type of aerobic dvd!.!.!.belly dancing, boxing, etc!. just get up and get moving!. plus whats a little summer rain anyway!.!.!.!.go play with the soccer team!.!.!.they picked the right fall sport!. KIDDING!

There's the "inchworm walk" - a yoga-style downward dog maneuver with your hands and feet on the floor and bottom in the air; the "inverted hamstring arabesque" - a balletic leap across the room; and, the "body drag" in which you inch across the floor on your stomach while pushing a heavy medicine ball!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get a stretch band probably at target or a sports store!.
The ones that can go around your ankles then stand like your roller blading with your butt out and do your legs out side to side, and back!. This will kill you cardio and strength, and it works you good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Areobics!. You don't need a lot of space and they can get your heart rate going just as well!. Add in some weight lifting, again little space required, and you can tone up and burn fat faster if that's a desire of yours as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest you should buy a mini trampoline that will fit anywhere inside your house and jump for about 30 mins a day!. Also, you could turn on some music and just dance till the CD is over!. I do both!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
