Question: I did something silly, now I am FORCED to lose weight!?!!?
I have recently started a new job at a local nursery, when I went to find out the results of my interview, I found out I'd got in - but needed to give them my size so they can get my uniform for work well in advance!.

I am a size 14-16, but I have been on about losing weight for at least the past 3 months!. I fail at everything I try!

Anyway, I told the nursery to order me a size 12!
I know for a fact that I won't fit in it - unless I lose weight, which is where you people can help me!

I've ordered the Vicky Binns workout DVD and I have stocked up on fruit and healthy food!.
I also managed to find an exercise bike whilst clearing out my mum's garage!.

My question is:

If I eat healthily - 5 fruit and veg a day, no "bad" snacks, pasta for tea, low calorie meals, plenty of water!.
If I do the exercise DVD once a day, then also use the exercise bike for 30 minutes, will I just gain muscle, therefore become larger as muscle is heavier!?

i'll give you a quick run-down of what needs to happen! if you like my advice, feel free to email me because i have loads and love to share!

you will have to find a good CONSISTENT schedule for you eating and working out!. to lose that extra weight quickly, you'll have to go into bootcamp mode, otherwise you'll just lose it slowly!. to do the bootcamp mode, i recommend running in place or around your neighborhood!. working out!. you dont need expensive dvds or anything like that!. i have two myself, i started out with denise austin and she knows how to motivate!. you have to keep in happy spirits!. throw your scale into your garage and let it mold! i say this because, what the scale says does not always coincide with your pants size! and we dont want your 'number' getting you down, or up on the scale!. doe what your question says, it sounds great! and if you dont fit the 12 in time, just say that brand must be different from your others and dont get upset or embarassed, its okay to be uncomfortable with your weight or size! but you have to keep in mind that being healthy is the way to go!.

for breakfast have a nise cereal and fruit and milk-aim for 3 of the groups on the health triangle!.
have a snack about 2 hours before lunch and for lunch, go with a yummy healthy sandwich or have leftovers from the night before!
snack before or after working out
and dinner, go online and look up yummy things!. if youve had a recipe and dnont know how to make it, youtube it! and do workouts on yourtueb!. dont forget to switch between cardio nad strength every day! and give yourself a break one day a week and giev rewards-healthy fun ones like spa day, or something like that! contact me for more info!

You are so not forced to lose weight , we all do daft things just call them & tell them you'd better order a bigger size! You have to be comfortable at work - trust me you'll lose the weight with the job!!
They don't care what size you are no one does!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but you !!

No you won't!. You have no protein in that diet and so you will fail!. You need to add lean proteins like chicken and fish, even lean cuts of steak will do!. Aim for a ratio of 40-40-20 protein-carb-fat in your diet and you'll get results much faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Muscle is heavier, but takes up less room, so if you are building muscle tissue, you will become smaller, unless you are also gaining fat at the same time!. This would be quite unlikely if you are sticking to a healthy eating regimen!. Be sure you measure your food!. It's easy to get more than a serving of pasta, since the serving size is quite small!. Try the whole wheat pasta, if you haven't already!. It's better for you! Be sure you have lean protein and skim milk (or nonfat yogurt) in your diet as well!.

If you are not serious about losing the weight, I would go to your work people and explain that you ordered the wrong size, and ask for the next larger size!. If you have to wear the uniform all day long, you are going to be so uncomfortable!.

Well first off, you need to ask the nursery why they told you to order a 12, rather than the size you are!. No-one should be 'forced' to lose weight - unless they are so morbidly obese that it would be life-threatening if they didn't!.

The second thing you need to do is engage your brain for a couple of seconds and answer this question: - "Is a pound of potatoes heavier than a pound of carrots!.!.!.!?"

Why am I asking you what would appear, on the face of it, a rather silly question!.!.!.!? Well, the answer to *THAT* question can be found in the last sentence of *your* question!.

first don't go mad on the fruit as it's full of sugar 1 or 2 pieces of fruit a day!. have plenty of veg and as you say water!. You wont build much muscle doing cardio just tone them!. dont go to mad at first and don't try to rush it or you will burn off muscle as well and be thin but still flabby i know you dont want to build muscle but try to keep what you've got as it will give you a good shape when you've lost the weight!. now go for it and good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
