Answers:
it is very true especially if you're a beginner because your body isnt used to it!.!.but when it hurts, that just mean that your body is toning up!.!.!. Dont worry about the soreness!.!. Just keep on working out daily!.!.!. You'll be fine!.!.I promise :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ummm!.!.!. well, yes! you can workout the next day, but if one day you do an upper weight workout (arms/abs/chest) then the next day I would do a lower body workout (legs/thighs) like running, then maybe skip one day, or do cardio the third day!. Then, I guess there you go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you have been lifting weights, then it's a good idea to take a day in between!. If your muscles are real sore from aerobics, maybe you could work out a different muscle!. Make sure and stretch before and after your workouts, that may help!. Also drink lots and lots of water!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Work out the upper body muscles on MWF!.
Work out the lower body muscles on TTh!.
Precede these with cardio and stretching!.
It's how you workout, not how much or how fast!.
If you're new to a gym, use a trainer at least in the beginning!. You'll profit from her/his guidance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I work out even if my arms and legs hurt! I don't do as hard of a work out but I still work out! I don't know if it's healthy or not but that's what I do!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
