i have stumbled on a great program about 2 years ago. It is Michael Thurmond's 6 week body makeover. It is customized for your own body and the food tastes great. you eat anywhere from 5-6 times a day...small portions of food of course...and excerise only 20 minutes a day...IN YOUR OWN HOME!! i was on the program for 6 weeks and lost 30 pounds...2 years later...i have kept it off!
