Question: In reference to pork, how many cups equal 2 ounces of meat!?
I am preparing smoke sausage and it says that for a serving size of two ounces, there are several categories!. I am trying to watch my caloric intake and was wondering how many cups make two ounces!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are 8 oz!. in a cup!. So, 2 oz!. is 2/8 or 1/4 cup of the meat in a serving size!.
But I agree with the poster above me!. Pork, particularly cured pork (salted, smoked) should be eaten
