Eat breakfast like a king -- lunch like a prince, supper like a pauper. Your biggest meals should be during the day -- your smallest meal during the night so you can slepp on a somewhat empty stomach and wake up energized.
Eat small snacks during the day -- nuts (no salt), protein drinks, stuff like that.
Your trainer or bodybuilding buddies will also have good tips for you -- and the bodybuilding mags are good too.
IMHO, Food is better than bodybuilding supplements -- food rebuilds, supplements help, but should not be taken in excess.
