What are some good excersises to do that?!


Question: What are some good excersises to do that!?
will make my loose weight, and not build up muscles!?

Actually, if you are female, it's likely don't have to worry about getting big muscles unless you are spending most of your time lifting weights!. You just don't have the levels of testosterone that are required!. Of course, your idea of big muscles could be different than mine, but unless you are lifting like a bodybuilder, you shouldn't worry!.

Most of what I have read indicates that a combination of strength training and cardiovascular exercises will achieve the results you desire!. Walking, running/jogging, bike-riding, skating, swimming, jumping-rope and any other
activity that raises your heart rate and gets you breathing heavier will qualify as the cardiovascular exercises!. For the strength training, you could try free weights or weight machines, and yoga or pilates will work on your strength as well as your flexibility!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio!.!.!.First and foremost

Train your arms with light weights, around 10---12---15 lbs!. You wont bulk up I promise!. Just trim them up nice and tone them using that weight!.

Legs!? If you do lots of cardio, you can train your legs also and not have to worry about them getting too muscular!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

aerobics workout dvds, davina mccall is great for begginners and any of the firm ones, nell mcandrew is good for more experienced and if you want to really work hard!
i lost 2 and 1/2 stone with them, it really works, and of course you gotta change your diet a little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Running,fitness, circling etc!.!. When you join the Gum normally their give you free introduction with instructor!.Have a consultation with Instructor and follows the excesses routine!.

Jumping jacks running in place for about 20 seconds and jumping!
I did all that today and 100 jumping jacks!
