Question: Help i am trying to loose weight im 14 i weigh 125 and im 5'5 i just want to tighten the areas!?
i go on jogs 2 mile jogs 2x a day but im just not seeing any difference and i dont eat junk food or stuff like that!. but i dont see why the weights not cooming off plus the scale says i have 25 percent bodyfat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Those scales aren't really reliable!.

Try doing some light weight training to tone and pay more attention to how your clothes fit and how you feel rather than what the scale says, since muscle weighs more than fat!. With more muscle, you will look more toned, but not necessarily weigh less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Today there is too much information available on losing weight that has become more confusing and sometimes difficult to follow!. It's actually very easy to lose weight if you follow my weight loss tips!.

* Eat whole food

* Eat fresh fruit

* Drink enough water

* Always chew your food

125# and 5'5" is just about right!. You do not want to look like Barbie!. Don't even try!. It isn't healthy!.
