Swimming! It puts no pressure on your ankle!. Try it for at least an hour every day!. It has also been proven, like other exercise forms, to help your body heal faster!. However even though jogging helps you heal, it in itself counteracts that b/c as you're running you're putting pressure on your ankle!. So try swimming!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try spinning on a stationary bike or swimming!. Triathlon exercises are the highest calorie-burning ones out there, so you've still got two left if running is out of the question!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You could try the wave machine first!.Maybe the reason why you have a bad ankle is your being overweight!.You need to excercise first then try running!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
