How can I lose weight if I am always craving food?!


Question: How can I lose weight if I am always craving food!?
Im not obese or anything, but I am overweight!. I crave food almost all the time!.

Keep busy while at your house!. People eat more when they're bored!.

Don't buy junk food!. If you don't have it in your house you can't eat it!.

Eat smaller meals more often!. When you don't eat your body will think you are starving and will put on more fat next time you eat in case you will go without food again!.

Eat healthy snacks throughout the day to keep your metabolism going!.

Go for walks!. Get a dog to keep you going!. Find something you love to do outside!. My horse and nephew are the things that keep me running around!. Offer to babysit a friend's kid if you can!. Take riding lessons!. Go kayaking, it's easy to learn, you can do it all day and it burns tons of calories!. Plus, it is tons of fun!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I crave food all the time too, its normal!. The best thing to do is eat a lot of small meals a day!. Shooting for 6 a day means you're eating every 3hrs!. 6am, 9am, noon, 3pm, 6pm, and 9pm!. You can do that, right!? Not only will you lose weight but you wont be as hungry!. Going too long between meals is waht makes you gain weight, since you enter starvation mode and the next meal you eat will be stored as fat!. Eating more will prevent this!.

Try whole grain foods to fill you up and are healthier than white bread or other processed foods!. Peanut butter is good as well since it contains good fats!. Look for other natural foods that will keep you full longer and wont make you gain weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can eat as much as you want as long as your eating foods that are healthy for your body!. Lots of fruits and vegetables!. If you get a craving, try drinking green tea, not only does it increase your metabolism, I find it surpresses my cravings!. Drink alot of water, at least 8 glasses a day!. Eat smaller meal portions but increase your meals throughout the day (I say about 6 meals), even if your not hungry!. You won't be hungry and you won't gain weight!. If anything you will lose with a bit of excersing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to be hungry all the time no matter what or how much I ate!. I also had cravings!. So I went on Atkins (or Southbeach is good too) to cut out all sugar and go on low carb eating!. The first week is difficult as your body is getting off sugar, but after that I am never hungry and I no longer have cravings!. I then add carbs a little at a time until I find my comfort zone!. Whenever I get heavily into carbs or sugar and junk food I end up back at being hungry all the time!. So I do Atkins Induction for a week or two to get back on track!. I hate being hungry all the time and now prefer to pretty much stay on a low carb healthy diet!. I don't do this for weight but to keep the hunger and cravings at bay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I always crave food too, but they say you should drink a glass of water when you feel a craving coming on!. Sometimes, your body mistakes hunger, for thirst!. Exercise!. I crave food all the time!. I love fatty foods and greasy foods!. I eat way to much somedays and still crave food!. If you add exercise to your life least you will not keep all the calories your eating!. If your burning some on them of exercising then you will not gain weight!. Food tastes way to good!. You need to cut sugar completely from your diet!. Don't add sugar to anything!. Don't eat anything that is naturally high in sugar like fruit and fruit juice, corn etc!. Drink only bottled water!. Eat very low or no-fat food!. Don't eat late at night!. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg!. V8) whenever you are hungry!. Eat chicken breast for protein!. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF!.

As everyone has said, NO SUGAR!. If you DO eat sugar then ONLY natural sugars from sources like fruit!. Drink LOTS of water, this will help keep your belly full!.
