Question: Whats some good advice for loosing wieght!?
any food suggestions, activities, calories burnt!? anaything you know!!! im 128 lbs but i want to loose like 5-10 lbs!. im not hudge but im bigger then the rest of my friends and i want to come back to school looking better! im a size 5!. anything can help!!! thank you so much!Www@Answer-Health@Com

its nice to know if you make a goal of how many calories to burn that day!. also I hear these stability balls work wonders!. (im getting one) and they tone your muscles and tighten your stomach real nice!. and they also tone your whole body too!.

keys to loosing weight:

portion control, eat fruits and veggies no junk food, (i lost 20lbs before from cutting junk food alone!. and i didnt eat it all that much!. but it definatly made a difference!. and when you eat healthy your body just feels so healthy and cleansed!. it feels great!.) do NOT eat anything fried(only baked, broiled, or grilled), if you eat emats eat only: lean chicken breast, lean fish, and lean turkey!. these are the best meats because they are all lean!. and fish is excellent its all protien!. drink alot of water too!. also you can drink like 2 glasses of water before you eat your meals and you'll eat less!. and just walk, ride your bike, dance, or whatever!. do that for like 30-45 mins a day!.

I like doing stepaerobics and weights, personally!. Just buy a couple 5 pound weights and a step and get to it! There's lots of fun stepaerobic activities you can do!. You can even go to a class to learn how and keep motivated!. Or you could just look up stepaerobics on the internet!.
Powerwalking's also great too!. It exercises more muscles than running, and helps get your legs strong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, lets start with this!. I'm assuming you are in high school and 126 is a pretty health weight so don'y be pressured to be a certain weight or size!. Young women in this country have an unfair ideal body image to compete with!. Every woman has a diferent body type just as your friend might be 5'5" but you are 5'2" same goes with weight and size!. whatever you do don't starve yourself! If you do that then you will never lose weight and don't think the binge-purge crap works either too many young women fall into that too!.

What you need to do is eat about 4-6 small meals throughout the day!. I know it sounds crazy but you have to keep your metabolism high so it is able to burn off calories!. Try a website I found its called sparkpeople!.com it gives you meal plans and exercise plans for FREE no joke and give you a goal chart!. Everything is based on what your goal is and when you want to reach it they will calculate what carbs, calories, fats proteins etc!. that you need!.
