Question: The muscles on the right side of my body are larger than the ones on the left!.!.!.!?
like my left bicept is smaller than my right, my right thigh is more defined than my left, and same with my calfs how do i fix this!.!.!.is there any specific way to make them proportional!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sit ups are one!. Leg lifts can be depending on how you do them!. If he flexes from his hips then they will only contract isometrically, but if there is torso flexion there than the obliques will be used!. ANY action that involves torso flexion uses the rectus abdominis AND the obliques!.
Chances are it is probably just genetics!. or it might be that one side of you is used more in judo and everyday life!. In either case don't worry too much about it!. If it is noit causing you trouble it should be fine!. In a lot of sports an assymetry in muscular strength between right and left limbs, or front and back, etc is often required!.

my friend is like that!!! he pitches so his left arm is like ginormous!.!.!. and his right is smaller!. whenever he flexes it looks like he'll fall over!. i make fun of him for it : ]

its a type of asymmetry, sometimes its almost impossible to fix!. try workin out that side a bit more, just dont injure yourself!. but dont worry about it, a lot of people have that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
start using your left body to do everyday things!. If you usually use your right hand to do small things like open a door than use your left!. Also try to lift weight in your left hand and do pilates!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Put the front of your left foot on a curb or step and use your calf muscles to go up and down, it will burn at first but after a while you will build the muscle upWww@Answer-Health@Com
