Is it better to do pusups and situps as slow as possible to make the muscles work more? Or should you do them as fast as possible? I want to tone up a little bit in the next 2 months. How manys pushups and situps should I do at a time?

i hope your body fat percentage is low because only then you are gona be able to see toned muscles.
sit ups are for men who want to build a lot of muscle on their abdomen.
crunches are for toning your abs -do them slow 15-30reps 2-3 sets not more than 3 times a week - muscle builds between workouts.
