i mean like the powder form where u mix it yourself

yes if you drink it at the right time in the right context Ie: during periods of excercise AND you take into account the extra calories you are consuming as opposed to drinking regular water and work it into your eating plan- but it can restore your electrolytes and give you an energy boost.

No, as a recreational "I like the taste" drink.
