Is it better to dress to sweat when working out or just dress light?!

Question: Is it better to dress to sweat when working out or just dress light!?
Answers:
I think that sweaty guys are sexy! I am not sure that one is better than the other however!. I agree with the trainer who says that most people do not clean up behind themselves and that thought will be staying with me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's no benefit to sweating more when working out and you could cause harm to yourself by becoming overheated!. I would dress light and if you're inside, have a comfortable temperature!. For me, that would be between 68 and 72 degrees, but everyone's different!. If you're working out outside in the heat, do dress light and don't overdo it, or you could get heatstroke!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's really personal preference!. most gyms today have decent AC and/or fans so the summer time heat depending on your location isn't much of a factor anymore!. personally I like to wear long sleeves and pants!. there are a lot of nasty people in the gym and many don't wipe of the equipment after use!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello my friend,

You could do serious damage to your body if you dress to sweat!.

There are people who dress in those plastic outfits so that they will sweat more!.

Your body can not breathe in these type of outfits!.

What I do when I want to sweat more is to wear another tee shirt (cotton)!.

Here is an article about this!.

I hope this helps!.

Dress light, always!. Dressing to sweat might make you lose water weight, but that's only temporary, and will greatly reduce the endurance you have during your routine because you'll be dehydrated much faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wear whatever feels comfortable!. If you are overheating take something off!. Being comfortable and having flexibility are key to any workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
