If you see results, then you already know the answer to your question!. Yes, it works as long as you stick with it!. Those that aren't see results aren't following the program the way they're supposed to!. I've been using both Hip Hop Abs and Rockin Body and have had very good results so far!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No it doesn't work I got it last year and have been using it with Sean T!.'s gay self and all it did was make me sore and make me wish I didn't waste so much money on it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
