13 Year Old Girl!.
5'8!.
126 - 130 pounds!.
I constantly feel too big!.
I'm planning on starting a diet tomorrow!.

if you wanna lose a few pounds fast, do like the special k diet or something!. sounds like you just need to tone your muscles, not lose weight!. just exercise, forget the eating part!.

NO! Don't start diets because those are very dangerous some people die from it!. I prefer calorie shifting(eat different amount of calories for a couple of days!. That doesn't mean eat more and more everyday!. Eat more then less more and less more and less you get the point) which will confuses your metabolism and make it lose more calories then you usually eat a day!. Also exercise!. To strenghten your muscles you need to do some exercises to help your muscles the stronger the muscle the more weight you lose!. So i hope you take my advice :]!.

By the way, you don't need to lose weight your perfect the way you are i just wrote the advice above just to tell you how to lose the weight fast not that your overweight!. As long as your healthy your perfect!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Both of you ( and im also talking to the first girl who answered this) are healthy girls, goodness your still young and your bodies are still growing!. You are both thin and from the sounds of it healthy sept wanting to lose weight!. I did what you both did at your age and have messed up my metabolisms so badly that i am now over weight!. so please love your bodies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO! You are just right and are in healthy weight range! You don't need to go on a diet!.!.!.Just start eating healthy and do 30min exercise 3 x a week
