I workout about an hour a day, usually pretty high intensity. I'd rather not say my weight.


Answers:

You could lose maybe 5 lbs...the rest would be water weight. It all depends on how much you weight, if you are extremely overweight you will lose more, if you are at your best weight, it will be harder to try to get underweight.
Following low carb is a great way to live your life. Easy to follow and healthy...yes, you do eat carbs but they are healthy ones.
