Question: Will this workout work!?
hello everybody im 13 years old and i want to be strong for the future!. so this is what im doing im drinking like 7 bottles of water and eating vegetables and meat and protien shakes!. now my workout!.



sit ups (50-100)
crounches (50-100)
Push Ups (50-100 times a day)
Pull Ups (50-100 times a day)

Jogging (1-3 hours times a day)
weight lifting 1 hour a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

That's great if you can keep it up!. But don't forget about
a good healthy diet!. Plenty of Fruits and Veggies!. Don't forget about the protein!. Protein is what gives you Energy!. Don't forget about the water!. 6 to 8 8oz glasses of water a day!. If you are very active!. drink more water!. Also start exercising every day!. Work up a good sweat!. At least one half hour a day to start off with!. Try to work up to at least one hour a day!. Take Saturday and Sunday's off!. The body needs the rest!. Always try to get at least 8 to 9 hours of sleep every night!. Go to bed at the same time every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I really suggest jumping jacks (100-200), leg lifts, side twists

You need to work all the various muscles of your body and I feel you aren't working that many muscles by doing your top sets, though they should help you be fit, if you enjoy doing them keep doing them, if you don't exchange them for other exercises that you enjoy moreWww@Answer-Health@Com

7 bottles of water might be a little bad for your health!. if you have said 7 glasses of water, then it would sound fine, because 7 bottles of water is too much plastic-oriented!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just make sure you are working out on all your muscle grooups!. People especially men have a tendency to focus solely on their upper body because ripped arms are nice looking!. But remember a full package is much more important!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should add the bicycle sit ups, i think they're called!. they're the best abdominal workout according to yahoo!Www@Answer-Health@Com
