Can I lose weight/ gain musle at my new job ?!


Question:

Can I lose weight/ gain musle at my new job ?

I just started working as a cashier at wal-mart and during my shifts which are usually between 4-8 hours with like a 15 minutes to 1 hr breaks in between ( depending on the shift) I started working out about 2 months ago and I lost some weight and inches. I enjoy doing cardio, but I do not like weight training. Apparently u will see more results or something if u are also weight training. I would like to know that instead of weight training, will my job "help" me lose weight because of all the lifting and stuff, along with 4-5 days of of cardio at the gym, and eating healthy ?

Any kind of lifting will give you a little muscle but never as much as a dedicated weight training routine which targets individual muscles will.
