ok i want 2 loss some weight and i know i need 2 eat healthy and everything but i was think has any 1 every put on the black trash bag and walk and ran n it and really loss any weight by doing so!?

OMG! Don't do the trash bag thing!. It might make you sweat more and lose water weight, but won't make you lose fat!. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, do the running as much as you are able (without hurting yourself), and stick to a low carb diet!. Eat lean protein (chicken, fish, turkey) and fruits and veggies!. Anything else should be eaten sparingly!. Thats not the greatest idea with the rubbish bag!. You can overdo it and lose too much body fluids!. Drink lots of COLD water!. To use this water, the body expends lots of energy warming the water up so it can use it effectively!. Watch you diet and don't get into dumb diets which could lead to anorexia etc!. Diets will generally end up putting more weight on in the end!. Just be careful of what you eat and if you have to, eat fruit, carrots, celery etcWww@Answer-Health@Com

ok im not sure what to do but definitely eat who would actually say something so stupid as eating is overated that is so stupid some people really do stop eating and it gives them worse results like oh i dont know sometimes death or being in the hospital and that doesnt help with weight loss really i think obviously healthy foods and exercise like running but i havent even heard of the trash bag thing except for self confidenceWww@Answer-Health@Com

you could do 50 crunches (it feels really good afterwards) and run for 30 minutes to an hour (walk some of the way, like every 5-10 minutes)!. i've never heard of the black trash bag thing, though!. you could do 10 push ups each day until you can do 15 then 20 and so on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thing to do to loose weight:

you can buy a thing called a plastic suit that is like that it makes you sweat alot so you lose faster but i dont think they are too healthy i had a friend who had oneWww@Answer-Health@Com
