How to get rid of tummy?!
Question: How to get rid of tummy!?
im actually skinny but i have this tummy that sometimes sticks out if i eat too much or when i sit down, you see this big bulge!.
im healthy and i do treat myself to fastfood placs once in awhile!.
i think i get it from my dad hah- he has a huge stomach but is very skinny the width and i dont need that!. Hes 150-170 pounds and 5!.11 but looks 5 months pregnant!. heh
any exericise i can use to get rid of this stomach!? i dont want to go on a diet because i dont need to be any lighter than i am!. (i am 120 pounds and my height is 5!.5ft)
i just want a flatter stomach and i heard sit ups doesn't get rid of the fat, it just builds muscle over top of it!.

well what you can do is try doing exercises like pilate workouts!.!.!.!.they are intense workouts which help build your body into shape!.!.!.i would recomend doing push ups and sit ups!.!.!.hope everything works out take careWww@Answer-Health@Com
i'm trying to get rid of my tummy too!. you just need to get better nutrition and do about 50-100 sit-ups a day!. its not that bad and it really really works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
stretch, or do yoga and pilates!.!. any kind of stretching motion flattens out areas!Www@Answer-Health@Com
