I have been on WW and doing cardio 5-6 times a week. I have lost 20 lbs in 4 months. Just make sure to stick to your points. Don't cheat too much. You can probably lose about 10-15 lbs. in 2 months. Expect about 1 1/2 lbs. - 2 lbs. a week.
