Question: Does riding a bike make your thighs skinny!?
I want lovely air between my inner thighs! lol

I wanna lose about 2-3 inches off of them!. How long will this take!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It makes your thighs (and especially your calves) tighter and more muscular!. However most of the muscle is accumulated on the tops of your thighs, so the space btwn your inner thighs shouldn't be a problem!.

To lose weight and inches off your thighs, you gotta lose weight period!. Because your thighs (among other places like butt, abs, hips etc) are your body's main fat storage places, any weight you lose will disappear from your thighs first, ending in places like your face etc!.

Another thigh-slimming exercise is squats!. It only builds excess muscle on the thigh-tops if you do a whole lot!. Stand with your feet slightly wider apart than your hips, i suggest 20 reps, working your way up to 60 in a row!.

Lunges also help, but unlike squats they only build muscle on your upper and lower thighs!. However they do tone your upper thighs!.

Remember to STRETCH after each workout! It slims your muscles and makes your muscles leaner!. Otherwise you might start to look like a female Mr Muscle Man! :P

yes bike would do that!.!. try the elypticals too, and there are those machines where you squeeze in and out things!.!. shoot i never know their names!.!. but hope u know what im talking about :p

well, it makes them thicker in a sense!.!. it's all muscle mass gained!. try running up stairs, or low side squats!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, i guess you need to do it alot!. And if you like to do it, then it'll be easier to do it! plus you'll get more muscle and strength in your legsWww@Answer-Health@Com
