How can I loose atleast 50 pounds in 9 weeks?!


Question: How can I loose atleast 50 pounds in 9 weeks!?
I am extremely overweight!. And I am beginning college at California State Universtiy San Marcos in 9 weeks and I want to know how (like what excercises) to do in order to loosed at least 50 pounds!. I do have a pool and I have a gym membership!. I really need to take control of my life now and I want to go into college 50 pounds thinner!. I am 6'2'' and 325 pounds!. I am only 18 years old!. I know since I am young I can loose quite a bit quickly!. So what SPECIFIC excercises can I do and how long should I do them each day!? Oh and also I have cut out all junk food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know you may have heard all this stuff before, but actually try it and you will see results fast!.
Swimming is the best for losing weight because it works the whole body!
Exercise each day!.!.!. Try this!.!.
Swim 3 times a day for 30 minutes each time!. Set goals for yourself, for example say "I'm going to do 40 laps in 30 minutes" *Work your way up*
Also, do some work on the treadmill and bikes!. Work out once a day on the 2 cardio machines for 30 minutes each!.
Ab work- Start with 4 sets of 25 of situps or crunches!.
Go out for walks with family members and friends!.!. Do the work outs that I have suggested above, and after, hang out with your family, go for walks or runs!.!. It burns calories!.
Other than that!.!. BE ACTIVE ALL THE TIME!.
That's how naturally skinny people keep in shape!.!. They are always moving, don't exercise and then go on the computer or watch tv all day!. Also, DON'T STAY HOME ALL DAY, it will give you temptations and then you will end up eating!.
Now, your eating plan!.!. It's great you cut out junk food :)

*DRINK A GLASS OF WATER OR A WATER BOTTLE BEFORE YOU EAT ANY MEAL OR SNACK, IT WILL FILL YOU UP QUICKLY!.*
Also, start eating meals with a blindfold and do NOT watch tv, read, or do anything while you eat!.!. Just focus on your meal!. Enjoy your meal, eat slowly!.
Tip: If you are going to a resturant eat a bowl of lettus leaves with vinegar!. It will make you less hungry!.!.
Okay, now for the meal plan!.!. just remember portion control!
Breakfast: Anything, don't have deep fried stuff, don't have fatty foods, and make sure it's WHOLE GRAIN!.
Snack- an apple or orange
Lunch-Sandwich with LEAN meats!
Snack-Salad leaves with a low calorie and non fat dressing!.
Dinner-Anything, just remember to make it 500 calories or less, and NO fatty foods, and use vegetable oil or olive oil if your going to use oil!.
Snack-Yogurt with some fruit!.
OH, AND IF YOU CAN, TRY GOING ORGANIC!

Try talking to someone down at your gym to get a good regimen going!. You should alternate weight lifting and cardiovascular, i!.e weights one day, biking or treadmill the next!. I don't know that you'll lose all 50 lbs in 9 weeks, but you'll put a good dent in it I think, and I'm sure that will encourage you to keep up with it!. :)

Also, think about going by measurements rather than weight!. Muscle weighs more than fat, but muscle burns fat!. So your scale might not show a difference, but your measurements will!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just really try to stay focused and eat right and work out at least 6 days a week! try the slimfast shakes, its very easy!. drink a shake for breakfast and lunch and have a small dinner and stop eating by 630pm, i did that recently and lost 13 pounds in 2 weeks! my problem was i wasnt working out enough, because for me its my eating i need to fix but also to lose inches fast, excersising works for me, good luck!. i love cali im going there in 4 weeks and am trying to lose weight by then!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are very over weight !.!.no offense but i have lost 118 pounds an dthe only not so healthy way to do it is to starve and exercise as much as you can and if you have under 100-500 calories everday you will probilay loose 10 pound sin 10 daysWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to lose weight some weeks!. You can try Lose weight a week plan first!

Day 1:

Eat the soup accompanied with watermelon and melon for your main food all day long!. Consume a glass of unsweetened cranberry juice before you go to bed!.

Day 2:

Stop eating fruit at all! Consume your soup and you are allowed to eat green salad!. Make sure the salad contain no dressings, peas and corns!.

For dinner you can consume roasted potato or baked potato with butter (don't ever think to fry it)

Day 3:


Consume the soup, salad and fruit but no potato today!.


Day 4:


Eat the soup accompanied with a glass of skimmed milk!. Consume 8 pieces of banana to provide your body enough energy!. Your body now need carbohydrate and protein also calcium to lessen body need for sugar!.


Day 5


Eat your soup again!. Today you should consume salad and salmon fish!. Make sure the salmon fish don't exceed 10 ounces!.

Day 6


You should consume maximum 10 ounces of meat along with your soup!. You need the protein here!.


Last Day

Consume 4 table spoons of rice with vegetables!. Drink fresh watermelon or melon juice without sugar and eat your soup also today!.
