Is there a difference...?!

Question: Is there a difference!.!.!.!?
between loosing weight and building muscle!? how are the two different!?

Answers:
You can do both at the same time, but you can also chose to do one or the other!.

A person starts to lose weight when they are burning more calories than they are taking in usually!. Some easy ways to do that include eating less food, eating healthier food, or speeding up their metabolism, by running, or cycling!.

A person builds muscle by using muscles in repetitive motion, gradually increasing in the work done with those muscles over time!. This can be done by lifting weights (free weights/dumbbells, or a machine) starting at 25 pounds week 1 going up 10 pounds every 1-2 weeks, for example!.

So while these 2 sets of activities are different and focus on either losing weight, and building muscle, other activities will do both at the same time!. Activities like rock climbing or swimming will build muscle, and give you a great cardiovascular workout which will help lose weight!.

So to answer your question yes there is a difference between loosing weight and building muscle!.

Sorry for the long answer, and results can and will vary for each person!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah!.
If you have fat and muscle, then you will see the fat instead of the muscle, because the fat is on the outside!.
There are exercises for both!.
Aerobic exercises are for getting rid of fat!. They are things that can be done for long periods of time, such as jogging!.
Resistance exercises are for building muscle!. They are things that use up your strength fairly quickly, such as weight lifting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is a HUGE difference!. Actually fatter people have (on average) more muscles than the skinner ones because it takes more muscles to carry themselves around!. I would know!. lol!. When you lose weight you are simply burning fat which can be done through cardiovascular exercises!. However gaining muscles will help burn fat but will also make you heavier before it helps!. It's not the best way to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You get heavier when you build muscle!. You're bulking up!.

You get lighter when you lose weight!. You're eliminating unnecessary fat & fluid from your body!.

It's best to do both!. Don't focus on dropping pounds as much as shaping your body to the ideal proportions!. This usually means thinning the abdomen and thighs, growing the shoulders & chest, tightening up the arms & back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes because gaining muscle is building your strength and loosing weight is just loosing pounds but muscle is better because it gives you the strength for athletic activitys etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

they effect differntlyWww@Answer-Health@Com

when losing weight you are burning off calories!. and i don't see the different!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
