Question: How much should i lose to not be overweight!?
i am a girl, 21 yrs old, 5'6 and 168 lbs!. i think i need to lose 18 pounds to be normal!. what do you guys think!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Never cut carbs, fats and calories!. Eat foods made by nature, not man-made foods designed to make you fat and addicted to food!. I think it just depends on how you really feel!. Most of the sites that show BMI's or body mass index arent really accurate because they dont take into consideration muscle or anything else just you weight and height!. Just lose as much as you want until you feel comfortable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body type, and other genetic factors decide what looks/feels 'normal'!.

I worry less about my weight, and more about my overall appearance!. I work out to get toned, pretty much ignore what I eat (within reason)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
