Question: Is there a creatine that doesnt make you retain water!?
i read about one on bodybuilding!.com a while back, but i forgot the name of it!. reason being is i'm 16 years old and have been at the weights for a year now and im one of those dudes naturally big and with some muscle from lifting!.!.!.6'3 and 190 pounds, but i was thinking about looking into creatine for a little extra boost!. i am going to check with my god father he is a OBGYN doctor to see if the creatines i look at are decent for my age!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

kreatlyn is a form of creatine and it's creatine without the bloat!. I don't think you can get at a local gnc or vitamin world, but its definitely around and you can get great results from it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
