What kind of excersice can I do for my arms, and back?

It depends what you would like to do, do you want to tone up or do you want to make ya muscles bigger?
If you want to tone up I would recommend doing 3 sets of 15 repetitions for each exercise, the 15th rep should be difficult, if not try doin the exercise slower or with a heavier weight.
For your arms you could do arm curls of light weights and press ups are really good. Not too sure about back unless you are in a gym.
If you're in the UK I would definitely recommend buying Mens Health or similar magazine cos there are plenty of ideas in there and you'll eventually teach yourself how to train to get where you want to be.
