Question: Does anyone else participate in a physical fatness program like me!?
That is not a typo by the way!.!.!.

My regiment is the following:
Eat cake every day,
then eat something chocolate,
then I sit down for several hours and read a book or play a video game!.

So far it is working very well

What is your physical fatness routine!?

Do you have any tips that can help me with mine!?

Well!. I wake up and fart then I roll over and go back to bed until midday!. I get up, eat some KFC and sit on the couch!. I bought the Wii fit but can't be bothered exercising on it so I use it as a foot stool and beer holder!. After lunch I'm tired so I have some apple pie and go back to bed!. Generally I wake up at dinner time and I'm starving!. I head to Subway (because it's healthy) and order 2 footlongs with bacon and ranch dressing!. 6 cookies on top of that!. Then it's home for some grand theft auto 4 and a packet of chips!. Really tired by then so time for bed!.

Actually I'm 110lbs and run every day!. But that was a fun trip!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could add beer or wine to your daily intake, I've found a nice glass of wine with my fig newtons in the morning sets my day off to a fat-filled fun day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
