Question: Does anyone ever find that they think more about food when they're dieting!?
I'm trying to diet now, but all I keep thinking about is food, more than ever! Ugh, this is not easy!. Anyone have any tips!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, I am right there with you! It is almost obsessive!. Well, I try not to count calories too much because I get so focused in that that I can't think of anything else!. If I'm really hungry, I eat but I make sure that I make the "better" choice!. If I can eat a handful of chips instead of one cookie for the same calories, I'd eat the chips (baked Lays)!. But remember to give into cravings some times because I've had it back fire that even if I eat the chips it is the cookie that I really wanted and end up eating both :) Not goodWww@Answer-Health@Com
You cant not NOT think about something!. For example, if I said to you "dont think about monkeys" you would see monkeys everywhere!. That being said try to focus on other things to distract you, such as reading, music, working out, browsing yahoo answers in other sections, or any other activity that takes your mind off of it
Also, try planning/preparing your meals in advance for the day so you dont have to think about what to eat next, its already done!Www@Answer-Health@Com
