Losing weight? :D :B :)?!


Question: Losing weight!? :D :B :)!?
I know eating healthy is a good way to lose weight, but also exercising!. But I heard about if you exercise, you don't lose weight, you gain it because of the muscle weight!.!.!.!.!.!.

So is there a possible way to exercise and not gain pounds!? Or do I have to just eat healthy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

In the situation that you are talking about, weight is just a number!. When one works out, the fat gets burned off so that you will be slimmer and trimmer than before- looking like you weigh less even if you got muscle pounds!. Besides, as long as you look good- what does a number have to do with it!? :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Muscle does weight more than fat!. When toning up this will happen, but i would concentrate on the look and health benefits rather than the weight!. If you exercise and you are not lifting heavy weights and keeping Resistance training at a minimal level, then there is no way you will build significant amounts of muscle!. Certain exercises and certain loads of Resistance make your body release significant amounts of testosterone and also tears the muscle fibres which facilitates muscle growth!. If you are not performing these types of exercises you wont muscle, you will only reshape the muscle!. So again focus on the look and the health benefits over the weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you are right about eating healthy!. But if you are really trying to lose weight, and you exercise a lot, then yes you might add a pound or two because muscle weighs more than fat!. The numbers really don't matter though because if you are gaining weight in muscle, you will look great!

definitly eat healthy!.
that means no junk food or soda!.
but when it comes to exercising, it'll be hard to not get muscles while working out!.
you just need to sweat, take some cardio classes at gyms, go for walks/jogs outside on a hot day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

to loose the fat first do cardio it will help cut the calories off
strength training is what will make you gain muscle
swimming
running
biking
walking
jogging
