How many sit-ups should I do everyday...?
I have been going up by 100's...I try to do them everyday...and I used to go by 10's but I decided to go by 100's is that ok?

I don't like to eat those protein bars because they r gross...and they don't make u gain muscle...they leave a yucky taste in the mouth.

I am trying to lose weight....but I also like to do sit-ups and crunches....
Answers:
Don't do sit-ups. They don't work your abs much. It works your hip muscles mostly and lower back (which it puts a lot of stress on).
Crunches, leg raises, air cycling (where you lie on your back with legs in air and cycle). Are all better for working out your abs.
If you just want a flat stomach though you should be concentrating on losing weight not working out your abs.
