How long do i run on the treadmill to lose weight?!


Question: How long do i run on the treadmill to lose weight!?
right now, im running on the treadmill for 20-25 minutes everyday!. is that good enough!? i burn like 120 calories!. i weigh 135 and im 5'6 or 7 and i want to go down to 125!. how long will it take with this program!? should i run more!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all it depends on your current exercise program and how fit you are!. You don't want to over do it and seriously hurt yourself!
Check your heart rate first!. As if youover exerte yourself you could do damage to your heart!.
20-25 minutes is a good start!. But as long as your stretching your muscles before you start, and do a cooling down period after exercising helps!.
Also - just the treadmill alone wont help to reduce weight!. It comes down to toning the body, body definition, and watching what you eat!.
A controlled diet and a proper work out schedule should help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All running does is burn carbohydrates because running is quick-paced and needs quick energy(which are your carbs)

Walking burns fat because it is a slow-paced workout which targets fat for energy!.

If you are aiming to burn fat then i recommend power walking for an hour a day

but if you eat lots of carbs in your diet then you should just stick to jogging

Exercise alone isn't enough!. What you burn is calories, what is in food is KILOcalories!. SO, an apple can contain about 72,000 calories, which is just 72 kilocalories! You also need to cut down on food a little bit!.

To lose weight you "simply" need to burn more calories than you consume! What you weight or how long you run doesnt matter really!. Except that fat people burn more calories running because their so damn big!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
