I used to be able to lose weight... What happened?!


Question: I used to be able to lose weight!.!.!. What happened!?
Back when I was 12 I just one day decided I needed to lose weight, so I changed my diet dramatically and I lost it!. But after that turned into an eating disorder, which I recovered from, suddenly all the weight came back!. I feel like I just can't lose weight anymore - like I've tried everything and have just been unable to stick to it!.
I'm 5'7", 126 pounds, 15 years old!.!.!. Any tips!? I know my weight is lowish for my height, but I feel disgusting!. Because it's lower it's harder for me to lose weight, because my body doesn't use up as many calories as someone who is larger!.
I really need a way to do this healthily; I don't want to starve myself anymore, or ever again for that matter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you previously dealt with an eating disorder, so your always gonna see yourself in a distorted version!. If you think you need to lose weight you are crazy!. Your BMI is intact!.!.!.you could even gain a few and you would still be in normal range for your height!. As for why u cant lose weight anymore!.!.!.!.!.!.!.well you probably screwed up your metabolism and body with your eating disorder so your body cant burn calories as easily!. If you are nthat unhappy with your appearance you need to eat as healthy as pocssible AND NOT EATING AT ALL WILL ONLY MAKE YOU GAIN WEIGHT AND SLOW YOUR METABOLSIM!.!.!.!.ITS DOES NOT WORK!. and if it does it will only be temporary!. Weight will always return if you do not lose it apporpriately!. Try to exercise to TONE your body!. But remember, if you are going to exercise you need energy which comes form food and vitamin-enriched food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honey, 5'7" and 126 is pretty normal- its probably exactly what you should be weighing!. If you are concerned about a certain area of your body, then just work to tone that part!. Don't try to really lose a bunch of weight, because you don't need to!. Just tone up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

excercise, changing your diet is only part of it!. try doing cardio, run, ride a bike, or get into a sport!. make sure you get all the nutrients you need!. drink lots of water, (soda=bad, a lot of juice= a lot of sugar)Www@Answer-Health@Com
