What is the best kind of exercise to achieve a great butt and nice legs??


Answers:

Cycling and jogging are always good to do. But you will also need to not have a high body fat percentage - if you just want to firm up that's okay, but if you need to lose weight you will have to work out a diet programme.

There are loads of exercises at the gym for this sort of thing. My favourite is the "90 degree leg press" which has really done great things for my legs and bum! Also leg curls and leg extensions are good and then you can do squats and lunges by yourself.
