Question: IS THIS a good workout plan and food dIET TO GET MUSCLE!?!?!?
I am currently 17 5'5 wght= 150 and I am starting to work out to get muscles this is my work out and food plan that i made if your in my position or similar ypu can use it

Day1 : Chest/Biceps/Triceps
Day2: Back/Shoulders/forearms
Day3: Legs

i have all the machine / free weights in my plan just to may words to fit in my question if u want the hole plan u can message me

Wake up - I protein shake (20g) 1 scoop + Multi vitamin

10!.00 am - 4 eggs 2 slices of white bread (30g)

1!.00pm - 2 Cans of tuna with lettuce light mayo and two slices of bread (35g)

3!.00 - Two slices of bread with 6 pieces of chicken breast slices (35g) + Multi vitamin

4!.00 - Two chkn Hot dogs (30g) + Protein shake (20g) + protein shake (20g) 1 scoop

6!.00 - Dinner BBQ Meat and chicken with Salad Bowl (20g)

8!.00 - 4 chicken Bolognes - (30g) + protein shake (20g) 1 scoop

Bed time - protein shake (20g) 1 scoop

Total: 6 meals a day

Water - 6 bottles daily

you weight routine is what I did when I was working out!. you need cardio too- what I did was AFTER the workout I would do a machine for at least 45 min!.
The diet is really high in salt and processed meats! You need carbs- like wild or brown rice, oatmeal, and potatoes less bread unless high fiber!. Also carbs from Fresh Veggies and Fruits, your protein from real meats!. The shakes are good for your inbetween meal snack!.The timing of your meals is good too!.
In order for your body to function properly it needs all the food groups including some good fats like avacado or olive oil!.
Lots of water but not too much you can over do water (over a gallon a day)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need vegetables and at least one piece of fruit a day, also remember that carbs are just as important as protein when you're trying to gain muscle, so I would add a potato and some whole grain rice or oatmeal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
