What foods can i eat for a week to keep healthy?

portions are a big deal so could someone please give advice to what foods i could eat for breakfast,
lunch and
dinner and
even snacks
and i'd be VERY grateful if someone could give me portion sizings! im trying to be healthy and this would really help thankyou in anticipation


Answers:

The easiest way to determine portion size for meat is typically the palm of your hand. You will want to eat lean healthy meat like chicken and turkey. You can't really overeat on vegetables. Some fruits, like bananas, you will want to eat in moderation. I wish I knew you weight and height and I'd be able to give you a better idea. Oh, limit carbs to two servings a day and try to eat them earlier in the day and focus protein rich foods toward the end of the day. Remember that 1G fat =9 calories 1 g carb=4 cal 1 gram protein is =4 cal . The diet people say to eat 5 healhy meals a day ever 2 1/2-3 hours apart. exercise etc...

Breakfast=oatmeal egg
egg white omelot with salsa

snack= carrots, celery, apple, (i like a small bag of baby carrots)

lunch= lean cusine, health choice microwaveable lunch

snack= cottage cheese and pineapple

dinner= chicken breast (no skin) with green beans etc (hundreds of helathy chicken recipes online)

8+ glasses of water throughout the day
