Question: I dont know why but i feel really fat and uncomfortable!?
I'm 111 pounds!.!.5'0-5'1 (either 1)
Today i telling my mother how i felt very depressed and how i felt really fat and disgusted with my body so she told me that im beautiful and that theres nothing wrong with my weight but i just feel very uncomfortable with my body!.!.!.Also school is coming in 1 month and i want to lose 10 pounds before then!.!.!.and exercising tips!?!?!?

Honey I hate to tell you this but if you lose 10 pounds you will be on the edge of the walking skeleton woman!. You are your ideal weight right now!. Even if you gained some weight it wouldn't be that big of a deal!. Stopping worrying about it!. Your mom is right you are beautiful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hunny, you don't sound fat!.!.!.!.!.!.!.talk to your doctor, if you REALLY feel that way, counseling may help!.!.!.!.there is a reason people become anorexic and we don't want you to have an unrealistic view of your body!. I say this because you said you were depressed!. If you just had some physical issues to tweak I would say see a personal trainer!. They can critique every aspect and tell you how to reach your goal!. Lets say you think you have a big tush, they can help you firm it up and make the gluts smaller!.!.!.!.flabby arms, they will tighten them up!. Why do think serious weight lifters work out in front of the mirror!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

get involved with activitys such as soccer,swimming,basketball,baseball its summertime!
try to be active as much as possible and eat right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe should do cardio and aerobics!.!.!.
Also yoga or Pilate's!.!.
