Question: How long and how often should I work out a day if I want to gain muscle mass!?

i recommend you get a high protein drink mix!. when you work out its not about how long it takes its about reps, weight, routine, and rest time!. important workouts are cleans, deadlift, squat, and bench!. never do these all on the same day!. you will definitely be sore!. a good practice is doing three sets of ten ending at the highest amount of weight for you!. work out at least three times a week!. switch up your workout each day!. do lunges, curls, pull ups, etc!. with the important ones!. do a lot of sit-ups and dips too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
