Question: Can't shed these lbs! Help!!?
I have gained back 10lbs of the 50 that I lost and though I've changed up my weight routine completely and switched from the tread to the xtrainer that scale has not moved one ounce--except to increase in gain! What am I doing wrong!? HELP!
I feel so huge and bloated and my pants are uncomfortable--this is driving me nuts! It's all in my waist, nothing on hips, butt, thighs, etc!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know what your diet is like, but cutting out or reducing carbs and sugar will get rid of belly bloat very quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'll bet you're not sticking to your diet!.
Cut out all the cake, candy, ice cream, pizza, fast food sandwiches, and <gasp> those double mocha lattes!. None!. Ever!. Not even when you're out with the girls!.
Have bags and bags of carrots and celery around for when you need a snack!. Get back on that "eat healthy" binge!.
You can have a slice of cake and a double mocha latte when you lose 5 of those pounds, then another when you lose the next 5!.
