Question: Can someone pleade tell me what I should be eating for breakfst, lunch, and dinner!?
I really need a sample menu of what I should be eating!. I am 15 years old!. I am female!. I weigh 110 and am 5'8"!. I run almost every day averaging about 25-30 miles per week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sample Breakfast: 1) a sandwich made of 2 slices whole grain bread grilled w/ pesto, slices of tomato, thin slices of cheddar cheese and 2 fried eggs, salt pepper, powdered garlic and some oregano!.!.!.YUM!;
Snack: Graham Crackers w/ Peanutbutter and a glass of milk
Sample Lunch: 1) a Bean, Rice and Chicken Burrito (black or pinto beans, brown rice, fresh salsa, grilled chicken, cilantro, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese) on a whole grain tortilla w/ a large side salad, blueberries and lemon yogurt for dessert;
Snack: a handful of nuts and dried fruits w/ sesame stix
Sample Dinner: 1) Whole Grain Noodles w/ Shrimp, Broccoli, Carmelized Onions and Fresh Tomato, a salad or steamed veggies as a side, if you want, a glass of V-8 and Homemade Strawberry Shortcake (low sugar, low fat, use wholemeal flour in the biscuits) for dessert

drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning
Lunch
Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.
Dinner
Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower!. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken!. Garlic flavor string bean!. Salad green French!.

You weigh 110 pounds! you can't because I'm a 15 year old girl and I weigh 137 pounds and I'm 5'8''!. But, anyways first of all you have to eat right and exercise daily like I do and dont forget to lift weights to tone up your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
